At 11:11 Events, we are Dubai’s go-to event lighting supplier for productions of every scale. From intimate private parties to large-scale concerts and government events, we provide professional lighting equipment rental across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the other emirates of the UAE — helping you create the exact atmosphere your event demands.
Lighting is the single most powerful tool for transforming a space. The right combination of moving head lights, spotlights, LED wash fixtures, and effect lighting can turn an empty hall into a world-class event environment, set the emotional tone for an awards night, or make a concert stage come alive. Our experienced lighting technicians understand both the technical and artistic dimensions of event lighting design, and they bring that expertise to every project we work on.
Whether you need to rent lights for an event this weekend or you are planning a large-scale production months ahead, our team is ready to advise, design, and deliver. Call us on +971 54 252 0853 or email info@11-11av.com to get started.
Our stage lighting rental service is built for performances, presentations, and live productions that demand professional-grade results. We supply moving heads, spot and wash fixtures, follow spots, dimmer packs, and full DMX control systems — with an experienced operator on-site to manage your lighting throughout the event. Whether you are staging a concert at a Dubai arena or a product launch at a five-star hotel, our stage lighting setups are designed to make your performers and presenters look their best under the lights.
Make your celebration unforgettable with our party lighting rental packages. From LED dance floor uplighting and colour wash beams to laser effects and mirror balls, we design party lighting setups that match the mood and energy of your event. Whether it is a birthday party in Dubai, a wedding reception, a graduation event, or a themed private gathering, our team will create the perfect lighting atmosphere for your night.
Indoor venues present unique lighting challenges — from high ceilings in ballrooms to the intimate scale of boardrooms and private dining spaces. Our indoor event lighting rental service is tailored to work with your venue’s architecture and ambient conditions. We handle everything from rigging points and power distribution to DMX programming and colour temperature matching, ensuring your lighting enhances the venue rather than fighting it.
Outdoor events in the UAE require lighting that can perform in open-air conditions — from dusty desert venues to humid beachfront locations. Our outdoor event lighting rental fleet includes IP-rated fixtures designed for outdoor use, high-power wash lights that cut through ambient light, and structural rigging solutions for freestanding installations. We cover outdoor concerts, festivals, public events, outdoor weddings, and large community gatherings across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the other Emirates.
Many event planners consider that lighting has a great impact on the overall experience of each event. Good lighting does far more than illuminate a space — it shapes how guests feel, directs their attention, and creates the visual memory they take home. A well-lit stage makes a speaker appear authoritative and confident. A carefully designed colour wash transforms an otherwise ordinary banquet hall into something theatrical and special. Dynamic moving head sequences signal to an audience that they are about to experience something out of the ordinary.
The difference between amateur and professional event lighting rental comes down to three things: the quality of the equipment, the expertise of the operator, and the care taken in the design phase. At 11:11 Events, we approach every lighting brief as a creative project. Before your event, our team reviews the venue plan, understands your programme schedule, and pre-programmes all lighting cues so that on the day, the lights tell your event’s story seamlessly from arrival to finale.
This is why event planners, brand managers, and production companies across Dubai and the UAE consistently return to us as their preferred lighting equipment rental partner.
As one of Dubai’s most established AV and event equipment rental companies, we combine a professional-grade inventory with the kind of on-the-ground service that lets you plan with confidence.
Our lighting rental clients span every sector of the events industry. We regularly supply lighting for corporate conferences and town halls at Dubai’s leading hotels and convention centres, concerts and live performances at outdoor amphitheatres and indoor arenas, product launches and brand activations at malls, showrooms, and rooftop venues, gala dinners and award ceremonies that require elegant yet dramatic lighting design, and government and community events including national day celebrations and public festivals.
No matter the scale or style of your event, our team has the equipment and the expertise to deliver lighting that works.
